Please elaborate in what way the staff is giving poor service. This is very general comment. Where was it that the poor service was rendered? Such as the staff at the reception giving you the cold shoulder, not good mood, loud and boisterous or perhaps it was housekeeping not giving in to your request, or maintenance department not coming quickly to fix broken light bulbs or maybe at the restaurant where waiter or captain not attending to you?

FYI, I have been to Rosa Passedena Hotel restaurant for their dinner and the waiter staff was very accommodating. The food was quite good and reasonably priced. I didn't have any problem at all with them at all.

As for the reception, not sure as I have not interact with them yet. So if there are further details it would be good as it would help other visitors to this website make better judgement.
