It is such a small world. I get to know a friend while attending a seminar, and guess what? His family has a restaurant in Brinchang, Cameron Highlands. It is called Golden Win Restaurant serving out yummy steamboat fare.
You might miss seeing the restaurant because it is located behind the main road of Brinchang hidden by the shops. As you make a turn to Rosa Passadena Hotel, it just located at the first corner of a row of shop lot at the entrance of the road turning. There is post office opposite the restaurant at the road turning, so you can't miss it!
They have an ongoing promotion, so if you call in and do a reservation booking before going there for your makan-makan, you will get to enjoy 10% discount off from your steamboat bill. Sounds like a win-win promotion, because steamboat restaurant tend to get very full during the evening. The cold night's air of the highlands makes for a perfect meal for a hot steaming pot of boiled meat, fish balls, highlands vegetable, and later finish off with some noodle and beehoon.
