For the avid golfers, who just must have their round of golf even while on a travel destinations vacation, fret not. There is the Kelab Golf (Awam) Cameron Highlands located between Tanah Rata and Brinchang. This course is described as an 18-hole par-71 golf course with undulating fairways, a meandering stream and tricky greens.
This is a public course open to anybody who would like to play golf in the fresh air of the highlands. It is run by the Cameron Highlands District Office.
There are several hotels around at the fringe of the course which you can choose to stay, so you can just pop in to the golf course anytime while you are in Cameron Highlands. But don’t just play golf and forget to take your family for an outing too!
There is the YTL Cameron Highlands Resort (formerly the Merlin Inn Resort), Hotel Casa Dela Rosa which is more like an apartment and caters for family size accommodation.
There is also the quaint English country home style Smokehouse Hotel and Restaurant by The Golf Course. The golf course is just a doorstep away from these hotels.
Slightly further away are the Strawberry Park Resort, Bala’s Chalet and Raffles Country Inn.

If golfing is not your cup of tea, there are two jungle paths located around the golf course which one could go for their exercise and adventure.
The easiest path would be the Parit trail (Path #4) starting from the forestry department. And of course for the more adventurous amongst you would be Path #3 starting from Arcadia Bungalow.
Around the golf course there is also the All Souls Church located on the way to the forestry department.
